TV SHOW GUEST Terms & Conditions
By registering to be a Guest on our ALITI ENTERTAINMENT TV Channel TV Shows, you understand and agree to being photographed, videographed, filmed and recorded (on film, tape, or any other medium).
You agree to having your image used to promote the TV Show’s episode, trailers, posters or other materials or brochures related to the TV Show, prior to the show, during the show, and after the episode airs.
You agree to the use of this created media by the ALITI ENTERTAINMENT TV Channel, by ALITI GROUP, and to the media being licensed to others to use in any manner, including without limitation to the unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising and sales promotion of the TV Show.
You agree to the use of your name, likeness, voice, biography or other information concerning your connection with the TV Show and for any other purpose associated with the TV Show and TV Channel.
You further acknowledges that ALITI GROUP LLC owns all rights to the TV Show and related created media.
You agree that all registration payments are non-refundable, and your appearance on your selected TV Show will be scheduled according to your selected TV Show's schedule availability.
