TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Parental / Legal Guardian Consent
By registering a child for the TV show, the parent or legal guardian confirms they have full legal authority to do so and grants permission for the child to participate in auditions, rehearsals, recordings, and related activities associated with the show.

2. Eligibility & Accurate Information
Parents/guardians confirm that all information provided about the child, including age, identity, and experience, is accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification at any stage.

3. Audition Process & Selection
Auditions are free to attend. Participation in auditions does not guarantee selection. The show’s producers retain sole discretion over all casting and selection decisions, which are final and not subject to appeal.

4. Right to Film, Record & Broadcast
Parents/guardians grant the show the irrevocable right to film, photograph, record, edit, reproduce, and broadcast the child’s image, voice, performance, name, and likeness across all media platforms worldwide, in perpetuity, without further approval or compensation.

5. Editing & Creative Control
The show reserves full editorial and creative control over how the child’s participation is portrayed, including editing, sequencing, and presentation. Parents acknowledge that the final broadcast may differ from the child’s actual experience.

6. Conduct & Supervision
Parents/guardians are responsible for the child’s conduct and compliance with all show rules, safety instructions, and production guidelines. The show reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Health, Safety & Liability Waiver
Parents/guardians confirm that the child is physically and mentally fit to participate and voluntarily assume all reasonable risks associated with participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the show, producers, and partners are released from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. No Employment or Guaranteed Outcomes
Participation in the show does not constitute employment, representation, or a promise of future work, prizes, contracts, or career opportunities. Any exposure or outcomes resulting from participation are not guaranteed.

9. Privacy & Public Exposure
Parents/guardians acknowledge that participation may result in public exposure, media attention, and online commentary. The show is not responsible for third-party reactions, interpretations, or use of publicly broadcast content.

10. Selected Participant Fee (Non-Refundable)
Children who attend the free auditions and are officially selected to participate in the show are required to pay a non-refundable participation fee of USD $765 | 2,800AED. This fee secures the child’s place in the program and covers production-related costs. Payment only confirms participation and guarantees screen time, but does not confirm advancement, winning, or specific outcomes and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including withdrawal, non-attendance, or elimination.
