TERMS & CONDITIONS – GUEST REGISTRATION
1. Eligibility & Accurate Information
By registering, participants confirm they are legally eligible to appear on television and that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification without refund.

2. Registration Does Not Guarantee Editorial Outcomes
Registration confirms participation as a guest but does not guarantee specific screen time, edit length, narrative focus, or prominence in the final broadcast. All content remains subject to production and editorial decisions.

3. Right to Record, Edit & Broadcast
Participants grant the show the irrevocable right to film, photograph, record, edit, reproduce, and broadcast their image, voice, name, likeness, and participation across all media platforms worldwide, in perpetuity, without further approval or compensation.

4. Editorial & Creative Control
The show retains full editorial and creative control over content, styling direction, sequencing, and final presentation. Participants acknowledge that the final broadcast may differ from expectations or pre-show discussions.

5. Conduct & Compliance
Participants agree to behave professionally and comply with all production schedules, rules, safety instructions, and on-set guidelines. The show reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.

6. Styling & Consultation Disclaimer
Any styling tips, consultations, or guidance provided by the host or production team are for general informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

7. Hair, Make-Up & Wardrobe Styling
Professional hair, make-up, and wardrobe styling will be provided as part of the show experience. Final styling decisions remain at the discretion of the production team to align with creative direction and broadcast standards.

8. Custom Designed Garments – Gift Ownership
Participants will receive two custom designed garments created specifically for their appearance on the show. These garments are gifted to the participant and may be kept after filming. The show retains the right to photograph, film, and use images of the garments for broadcast and promotional purposes.

9. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Participants voluntarily assume all reasonable risks associated with participation, including consultations, fittings, styling, filming, and public exposure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the show and its partners are not liable for loss, injury, or damages except in cases of gross negligence.

10. Non-Refundable Guest Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of USD $545 | 2,000AED is required to participate as a guest. This fee covers appearance on the show, professional styling tips from the host, a private consultation session, two custom designed garments, and professional hair and make-up styling. The fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including withdrawal, rescheduling, or production changes.

11. Participation Timeline After Payment
Guests will appear on the show approximately two weeks after completing payment, following this structured timeline:
• Week 1: Private consultation session and creative briefing
• Week 2: Design development and garment creation
• Week 3: Studio attendance for filming the episode
Participants agree to make themselves reasonably available during this timeline. Delays caused by the participant may result in rescheduling at the show’s discretion.
